Powershop is a unique online electricity retailer that puts you in control of your power bills. With Powershop, you can purchase electricity in advance through the online shop, choosing from various packs at discounted rates.

To help new customers navigate this unique shopping experience, the "How to Shop" campaign involved a comprehensive overhaul of the website's information architecture (IA). I established a flexible design system that ensured consistency in interaction design, while allowing for maximum creativity in marketing campaigns. The content strategy was designed so every page served a clear purpose and guided users seamlessly through the sales funnel.

Together, these elements created a streamlined user experience that positively impacted cost to serve and cost to acquire. As more customers understood the shopping concept, they not only became highly engaged customers but also transformed into passionate brand advocates.
