My work with Meridian Energy is focussed on creating a frictionless experience for our customers. Most people don’t want to spend any more time than absolutely necessary on their power, so the work we do to reduce pain points for the sign up process can shift the needle from annoying grudge purchase to a delightful brand experience. I am an advocate for diversity, inclusion and accessible design practises - for when we design with this front of mind, we create an experience that’s better for everyone.
